Senior Red Team Operator

Job Summary

As a senior member of the Figment Security Team, the full-time Senior Red Team Operator will plan and execute adversary emulation and penetration tests across various platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance security measures in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute red team engagements and pentests against cloud and application infrastructures
• Produce clear reports and presentations tailored to both technical and executive audiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the blue team to translate findings into actionable security recommendations

Required qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and supply chains
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for offensive security tasks
• Offensive expertise in container orchestration and application assessments
• Experience performing source code reviews for security flaws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying findings and recommendations
