Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve complex escalated customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive resolution of Product Support case escalations to ensure positive representation
  • Facilitate communication and meetings with stakeholders to triage critical issues
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to manage the resolution of highly critical issues

Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing customer-facing technical teams in a dynamic environment
  • Proven experience managing escalations within a Technical Support environment
  • Ability to influence and drive cross-functional assistance for issue resolution
  • Strong customer and partner focus with credibility at senior management levels
  • Highly motivated with a commitment to ongoing best-in-class performance
