Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve complex escalated customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive resolution of Product Support case escalations to ensure positive representation
- Facilitate communication and meetings with stakeholders to triage critical issues
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to manage the resolution of highly critical issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing customer-facing technical teams in a dynamic environment
- Proven experience managing escalations within a Technical Support environment
- Ability to influence and drive cross-functional assistance for issue resolution
- Strong customer and partner focus with credibility at senior management levels
- Highly motivated with a commitment to ongoing best-in-class performance
