Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist to collaborate with cross-functional teams on revenue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, roll-out, and optimization of sales technologies and internal campaigns
- Develop and implement enablement activities to influence net dollar retention and new revenue
- Monitor enablement-specific metrics and provide sales support based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in sales training/enablement, with previous sales or customer success experience preferred
- Experience in the benefits industry; broker experience is desirable
- Knowledge of sales metrics such as ramp, conversion, and win rates
- Experience supporting both pre- and post-sales teams
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion and manage multiple deadlines
