Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist to collaborate with cross-functional teams on revenue initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, roll-out, and optimization of sales technologies and internal campaigns
  • Develop and implement enablement activities to influence net dollar retention and new revenue
  • Monitor enablement-specific metrics and provide sales support based on data analysis

Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales training/enablement, with previous sales or customer success experience preferred
  • Experience in the benefits industry; broker experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of sales metrics such as ramp, conversion, and win rates
  • Experience supporting both pre- and post-sales teams
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion and manage multiple deadlines
