Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Risk Analyst, Workers' Compensation to manage their Workers' Compensation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate claims cost, loss experience trends, and reserves while communicating effectively with business partners
- Monitor the performance of third-party claims administrators to ensure high customer service and compliance
- Assist with workers' compensation claim reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of multi-jurisdiction experience and 2+ years in a relevant managerial or supervisory role
- Ability to be self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Access and Visio is preferred
