Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr RWE Data Scientist (R programmer) specializing in Oncology Data & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Payer and Epidemiology teams to maximize value from large observational research data
- Deliver analyses of data from EMR, claims, and primary observational data for RWE strategies
- Provide scientific guidance on Real-World Evidence application and support strategic decisions in observational studies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- PhD or MS in data science or advanced degree in life sciences with relevant training in Medical/Health Informatics
- Experience in real-world evidence and familiarity with health economics/epidemiology
- Expertise in EMR/Health IT and insurance claims databases
- Experience in Statistical Analysis Plan generation and execution for observational studies
- Proficiency in statistical languages such as R, Matlab, SAS, SQL, Hadoop, or Python
