Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to engage with executives and drive new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop opportunities for the sales team through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Research accounts and identify key players to generate interest and stimulate opportunities
  • Collaborate with the field sales team and partner with marketing on events and campaigns

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of prospecting experience
  • Interest in working at a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Ability to engage with customers and prospects at all organizational levels
  • Excited and passionate about learning Customer Experience Management (CEM)
  • Experience in public sector, healthcare, or nonprofit is preferred
