Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales compensation design, sales planning, or strategic insights
- Experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to blend quantitative and qualitative data
