Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales compensation design, sales planning, or strategic insights
  • Experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau
  • Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to blend quantitative and qualitative data
