Senior Salesforce Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as the Salesforce Domain Owner and Business Liaison, the full-time Senior Salesforce System Analyst will manage the Salesforce platform, optimize configurations, and drive user adoption while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user access, security, data quality, and overall platform strategy as the primary Salesforce owner
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Configure and enhance Salesforce using custom objects, flows, and validation rules to maintain performance and data integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years in Salesforce administration and 5+ years owning Salesforce platforms
• Salesforce Administrator certification required, with additional certifications preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, including automation tools and pipeline management
• Strong hands-on experience with platform configuration and integrations using APIs and iPaaS tools
• Deep understanding of sales operations and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions
