Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Support Engineer to join their Go to Market Applications team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1 support for Salesforce features, applications, and projects, ensuring issues are fully resolved
  • Resolve complex customer service issues and manage end-user expectations for high satisfaction
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and maintain technical expertise in Salesforce functionalities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in Salesforce application development
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform Administration and debugging/troubleshooting errors
