Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support its engineering and product teams in delivering ambitious project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and assist in product release planning and backlog prioritization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and ensure effective communication
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong familiarity with software development processes, including CI/CD
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Experience managing Jira software projects and proficiency in other Scrum tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
