Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master I to drive customer-centric software development in support of DoD innovation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Document requirements and specifications, reviewing documentation from other teams and vendors
- Engage with potential customers within the DoD and evaluate prospective projects
- Synthesize requirements for feature requests and facilitate engineering efforts to meet timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience
- Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI
- Expertise in agile development methodologies and tools
- Ability to decompose requirements into user stories and organize them into epics
- Experience tracking and reporting team utilization and velocity
