Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Scrum Master (ERP Applications).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Remove impediments to ensure smooth team progress and workflow
- Monitor and report on team progress using Agile metrics
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in an ERP environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
