Senior Security Researcher

Job Summary

Conducting advanced vulnerability research and security assessments, the full-time Senior Security Researcher will identify impactful security flaws and develop exploit techniques while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive vulnerability research and threat analysis across modern application and operating system stacks, cloud infrastructures, and enterprise software systems
• Develop proof-of-concept exploit techniques for high-impact vulnerabilities and novel attack surfaces
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance security assessment capabilities and translate research findings into actionable customer value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in offensive security, vulnerability research, penetration testing, or reverse engineering (or 3+ years with a proven track record of published research)
• Demonstrated expertise in modern application stacks and operating system security fundamentals
• Proven ability to analyze binary, source code, or bytecode to construct reliable proof-of-concept exploits
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, or Rust for building custom research tools and scripts
• Ability to document complex technical findings into clear, actionable remediation guidance
