Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in ITSM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform
- Implement configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new modules
- Provide architectural advisory support and conduct internal system audits
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training and certification
- Experience with ServiceNow platform strategy, design, and operational execution
- Prior experience implementing ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow API development experience
