Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Engineer focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Advise clients on best practices within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and produce high-quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow, specifically ITAM
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Experience with SAM SaaS connections and contract lifecycle management integrations
- Experience in at least one other area of ServiceNow, such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM
- Additional ServiceNow certifications and professional ITAM industry certifications are a plus
