Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the long-term engineering strategy in collaboration with the product team
- Maintaining and improving the reliability of highly used commercial data feeds
- Supporting new code/feature deployments and troubleshooting emerging issues in the application stack
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting complex web applications on cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed event processing systems
- Comfort with Nodejs, Go applications, and configuration management tools like ECS and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix fundamentals and debugging skills
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related work experience
