Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Ruby on Rails production apps
- Work on email protocols and systems such as SMTP, POP3, IMAP, DMARC, DKIM, Microsoft Exchange, Postfix, and Dovecot
- Craft solutions with a "security-first" mentality and work on high performance event-driven network applications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, developing, or maintaining large-scale Ruby on Rails production apps
- Familiarity with encryption algorithms and email protocols
- Experience with database systems like MySQL, Aurora, Redis, and DynamoDB
- Comfortable working on the entire stack including Ruby on Rails, Python, NodeJS, and occasionally frontend technologies
- Desire to improve, learn more, and make things better
