A company is looking for a Senior II Software Engineer, Compute Performance to enhance the efficiency of their systems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze system performance, identify problems, and implement solutions
Extend metrics collection and create visualizations for system performance
Build tools for faster identification of system performance issues

Required Qualifications

7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Extensive programming experience in C, with knowledge of Python, Bash, or Perl
Deep understanding of the Linux operating system and computer architectures
Experience with virtualization technologies such as Qemu, KVM, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with performance analysis tools like Linux perf and BPF
