Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer-Remote, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software using Python and PHP, interfacing with various databases
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback while monitoring processes and troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience coding in PHP, preferably PHP 7+
- 3+ years of experience programming in Python with a focus on scalability and performance
- Strong experience with MVC frameworks, preferably Symfony
- Good understanding of relational databases, such as MySQL, and experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
