Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Replication Storage Services (Storage Execution).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team engineers to manage a large, C++-based codebase
- Work with product management and engineering teams to specify and implement new features
- Stay updated on new database technologies and incorporate them into the server
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building robust software projects with a large user base
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of experience in programming and performance tuning for distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Interest in database internals theory and practice
