Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Rails).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the server-side of the web application
- Participate in engineering ceremonies, code reviews, and product walkthroughs
- Respond to critical production escalation issues and champion engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of backend software development experience in Go, Ruby on Rails, and/or React
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a remote/hybrid setting
- Self-starter capable of solving challenging problems independently
- Passion for writing maintainable code and improving product quality
- Proactive communicator with a customer-focused mindset
