Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Rails).
Key Responsibilities
- Build new features and maintain the existing application to enhance incident response and alerting
- Participate in Engineering ceremonies, code reviews, and customer feedback sessions to drive improvements
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand user problems and develop effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of backend software development experience with Go, Ruby on Rails, and/or React
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a remote/hybrid setting
- Self-starter capable of tackling challenging problems and delivering results
- Passion for writing maintainable code and improving quality
- Customer-focused with a desire to learn about the product space and end users
