Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Rails).
Key Responsibilities
- Build new features and maintain the existing application to enhance incident response and alerting
- Participate in engineering ceremonies, code reviews, and product walkthroughs for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand user problems and develop effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of backend software development experience in Go, Ruby on Rails, and/or React
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a remote/hybrid setting
- Self-starter with the ability to tackle challenging problems and deliver results
- Passion for quality and writing maintainable code
- Proactive communicator focused on solving problems
