Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Rails).
Key Responsibilities
- Build new features and maintain the existing application to enhance incident response and alerting
- Participate in engineering ceremonies, code reviews, and customer feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand user problems and create effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of backend software development experience in Go, Ruby on Rails, and/or React
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time in a remote/hybrid setting
- Self-starter with a strong focus on quality and maintainable code
- Curiosity about the product space and end user needs
- Proactive in problem-solving and communication
