Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on optimizing internal and external developer experiences, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage CI/CD pipelines, develop AI-native testing strategies, and enhance the Hireology Developer Portal while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve CI/CD pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement AI-native testing strategies to accommodate high volumes of AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in enhancing CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and practices, particularly Claude Code
