Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage the internal and external developer experience by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and building the Hireology Developer Portal, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy for high-volume AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and security-aware development practices
