Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage the internal and external developer experience, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and the Hireology Developer Portal while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design an AI-native testing strategy for a codebase with significant AI-generated contributions
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and practices, including Claude Code
