Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Redefining how software is built, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead the development of AI-powered systems that enhance productivity and streamline the developer experience for over 2,000 engineers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven tools and services to enhance engineering workflows, including code generation and test automation
• Integrate intelligent automation into the software development lifecycle through various developer platforms
• Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate emerging AI technologies and mentor engineers on AI usage and software architecture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in backend development using object-oriented languages like C# or Java
• Strong experience in building developer-facing tools or improving internal platforms for productivity
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into software engineering tasks
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and cloud-native environments
