Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage the internal development environment and external developer experience, focusing on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and enhancing the Hireology Developer Portal in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own build and deployment pipeline performance, targeting 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that integrates with automated testing and deployment processes
• Develop and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves external developers effectively

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated testing infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and security-aware development practices
