Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically grow, manage, and develop a team of Software Engineers
Lead projects to completion and provide technical advice for complex solutions
Coordinate and manage on-call rotations and contribute to projects and software releases

Required Qualifications:

At least 8 years of software development experience
At least 2 years of software management experience
Solid understanding of software engineering principles
Ability to build strong teams and develop individuals to meet career and organizational goals
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
