Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on customers and industries to provide expert insights and identify differentiation opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in relevant fields such as consulting, customer experience, or contact center operations
- Expertise with bots, self-service apps, and communication channels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Strong project organization and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
