Senior Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead procurement activities for power generation services and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive value and reduce costs
• Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier selection and contract management
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the energy or power generation sectors
• Strong understanding of power generation equipment, materials, and services
• Expertise in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Experience with ERP and procurement tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba
