Senior Staff Engineer IAM
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Define the long-term product vision and technical strategy for IAM
- Contribute to IAM industry standards and trends
- Mentor and grow teams and team members
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering
- Deep experience with IAM systems, including authorization, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, FIDO, and SSO
- Proficient in a modern compiled programming language (Java, Go, C#, C++, etc.)
- Experience with AWS required; GCP and Azure are a plus
- Proven success in designing and maintaining secure, highly available distributed systems
