Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on designing and implementing AI systems for customer support and compliance, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead the development of automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems to enhance customer support and compliance processes
• Create a platform that enables other domains to leverage Agentic AI for process automation
• Manage project priorities and mentor team members on design techniques and coding standards

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages
• Experience deploying LLM-based applications to production
• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for significant customer flows
• Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems at scale
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
