Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing automation initiative, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will design and implement AI systems for customer support and compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems for enhancing customer support and compliance processes
• Create a platform to enable other domains to leverage Agentic AI for process automation
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while mentoring team members on design techniques and coding standards

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages
• Experience deploying LLM-based applications to production
• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for significant customer flows
• Strong technical knowledge in building distributed systems at scale
• Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools effectively in workflows
