Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, from C-suite to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies that align with customer objectives
- Drive customer satisfaction through KPI reporting and support product roadmap development
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in full-cycle strategic enterprise account management
- Experience in digital healthcare, particularly with hospitals or health systems
- Experience within a software as a service (SaaS) company
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
