Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, from C-suite to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies that align with customer objectives
  • Drive customer satisfaction through KPI reporting and support product roadmap development

Required Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in full-cycle strategic enterprise account management
  • Experience in digital healthcare, particularly with hospitals or health systems
  • Experience within a software as a service (SaaS) company
  • Proven track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
