Senior Strategic Data Analyst

Job Summary

To promote a data-driven culture within operations, the full-time Senior Strategic Data Analyst will leverage analytics to provide insights for decision-making, develop data models and dashboards, and enhance department efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Leverage analytical tools to generate insights for department leadership and develop repeatable analytics
• Design and implement data models and dashboards, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data processes
• Analyze premium revenue and remittance status, supporting account receivables and reporting needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in scripting and programming skills
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
• Applied statistics skills, including regression and statistical testing
• Ability to run queries from a data warehouse effectively
