Key Responsibilities

• Lead the program lifecycle for a strategic partnership, ensuring alignment and execution of key initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvement through data analytics and reporting
• Support the implementation of new operational capabilities and technologies to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, or business operations, preferably in healthcare
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary, cross-functional strategic initiatives from design through implementation
• Proficiency with program management tools and data analysis software, such as Excel and Tableau
• Experience managing and building external partnerships to meet shared goals
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
