Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Support Engineer (EMEA) to provide developer support and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely responses to support cases across various topics
- Act as an internal escalation point and assist with tickets escalated to product engineering teams
- Develop technical training materials and mentor other Support Engineers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DBA, SRE, or similar technical role
- Proficient in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL, with experience in complex queries
- Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems and command line troubleshooting
- Experience working with GitHub Issues and Discussions
- Bonus points for familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and Node.js
