Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Support Engineer (EMEA) to provide developer support and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely responses to support cases across various topics
  • Act as an internal escalation point and assist with tickets escalated to product engineering teams
  • Develop technical training materials and mentor other Support Engineers

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DBA, SRE, or similar technical role
  • Proficient in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL, with experience in complex queries
  • Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems and command line troubleshooting
  • Experience working with GitHub Issues and Discussions
  • Bonus points for familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and Node.js
