Senior Systems Administrator
Job Summary
Serving as a senior-level technical resource, the full-time salaried Senior Systems Administrator will architect, implement, secure, and support critical infrastructure in a fast-paced fintech environment, focusing on cloud, on-premises, and hybrid platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the escalation point for complex infrastructure issues from helpdesk support teams
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available infrastructure across cloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure
- Lead the architecture and deployment of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions in compliance with fintech regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive systems administration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or L3 capacity
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere and Citrix Virtual Desktops
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to fintech such as PCI-DSS and SOC 2 Type II
