Key Responsibilities
- Manage requisition approval, job postings, and offer letter delivery
- Ensure data integrity in TA systems through audits and training
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards on hiring metrics
Required Qualifications and Education
- 6-8 years of People Team & Talent Acquisition experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Greenhouse ATS system administrator
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter administration
- Ability to perform complex functions in Excel
- Bachelor's Degree
