Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles across North America, partnering closely with Sales leadership to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales leadership roles
- Collaborate with North America Sales leadership on hiring strategies and candidate evaluations
- Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality sales talent through targeted sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on GTM/Sales hiring in North America
- Proven track record of hiring high-performing Account Executives and Sales leaders
- Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS, DXP, and MarTech talent markets
- Strong sourcing capabilities to build talent pipelines
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a high-pressure environment
