Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Team Lead, Small and Medium Credits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit approval and collection activities, including developing and maintaining policies and procedures
• Oversee a team of Commercial Credit Analysts, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards and performing quality audits
• Respond to credit-related inquiries and resolve complex credit issues for internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or 5 years of credit underwriting experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the credit/underwriting field
• Minimum of 2 years WEX underwriting experience
• Prior supervisory experience
