Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager for Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices to strategic customers
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
