Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager for Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices to strategic customers
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for customer needs

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
