Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager responsible for managing technical relationships with large commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure committed consumption levels are achieved
  • Lead training sessions and create resources to empower users in leveraging solutions
  • Build strong connections with technical stakeholders and advocate for their needs within the organization

Required Qualifications
  • BS or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Certified or equivalent experience in Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Deep understanding of containerized applications (Kubernetes)
  • 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby
  • Experience with SaaS products focused on Observability (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, DataDog)
