Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager responsible for the technical implementation of client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical portfolio of various clients in Broadcast, Digital (OTT), and Linear sectors
  • Ensure timely resolution of client support tickets and manage client expectations regarding bugs and feature requests
  • Conduct training for clients and colleagues post-deployment and identify knowledge needs

Required Qualifications
  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years of Account/Customer Management experience
  • Knowledge of Broadcast, Digital, Linear or SSAI is mandatory
  • Experience with Cloud and Microservices architecture
  • Proven experience managing complex solutions with Tier-1 clients
