Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager responsible for the technical implementation of client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical portfolio of various clients in Broadcast, Digital (OTT), and Linear sectors
- Ensure timely resolution of client support tickets and manage client expectations regarding bugs and feature requests
- Conduct training for clients and colleagues post-deployment and identify knowledge needs
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years of Account/Customer Management experience
- Knowledge of Broadcast, Digital, Linear or SSAI is mandatory
- Experience with Cloud and Microservices architecture
- Proven experience managing complex solutions with Tier-1 clients
