Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, deploy, manage, and improve network services and products for Enterprise clients
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex outages and coordinate with internal and external resources
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical training to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Expert knowledge across multiple ecosystems and technologies
  • Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience in providing consultative guidance and mentoring to junior team members
