Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, deploy, manage, and improve network services and products for Enterprise clients
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex outages and coordinate with internal and external resources
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical training to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Expert knowledge across multiple ecosystems and technologies
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in providing consultative guidance and mentoring to junior team members
