Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager who will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring effective adoption and optimization of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and understand their technical needs
- Lead technical solutioning and address customer friction points post-launch
- Advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in retention and expansion
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Expertise in the finance industry or experience with regulated industries preferred
- Experience with programming languages, APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and customer success post-launch
- Experience working in startup environments is required
