Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high visibility programs and streamline processes for building customer and merchant products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs to expand consumer product suite and platform capabilities
- Coordinate across engineering teams and stakeholders throughout the full program lifecycle
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of proven experience managing technical programs
- Experience with complex large technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems
- Strong stakeholder management experience with Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics teams
- Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus
