Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive operational excellence within its R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale programs to standardize product and software development processes
• Develop comprehensive program plans that outline business value, goals, milestones, and success metrics
• Facilitate workshops and training on new processes and tools, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a process designer and change agent in large-scale process change programs
• Solid understanding of Product Development Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle standards
• Advanced skills in JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Product Discovery
• Experience working in a globally distributed team
• Certification in program management methodologies is preferred
